What we keep
- Your account: email, name, and — if you add them — phone, photo, emirate and vehicles.
- Your clubs: memberships, roles, levels, the drives you sign up for, check-ins and marshal notes.
- Drives: tracks you record and waypoints you save stay on your phone unless you share them. During a live convoy your position is shared with the people on that drive only, and cleared when the drive ends.
- Sign-in: if you use Apple or Google, we receive the email and name they share with us. We never see your password for them.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, run ads, or share it with anyone outside the services that run Badia. There is no public directory of people: you find friends by phone or invite only.
Who runs it
Our database runs on our own server in Germany (Hetzner). Cloudflare carries traffic, Resend sends our emails, and Apple and Google handle their own sign-ins. Each only gets what it needs to do that job.
Your control
You can edit your profile in the app at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account and everything in it, email shammyali@logostech.ae from the address on your account — we’ll do it within 30 days.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
